RESULTS
Our research population are young people between 18 and 25, we observed that almost half of the interviewees have talked to people pretending to be others, very few share information without knowing its source which is a good thing, people to verify stores and pages read the comments of the page and look at the followers, others prefer to buy only in very recognized pages, people protect their accounts using the passwords recommended by google or using very personalized ones and a low percentage has been scammed online. By analyzing our results we can see that most of the young population does not misuse social media and takes care of their accounts, they also know how to protect their passwords and do not get scammed so easily online, they know how to identify verified pages. with the high response rate of not being scammed online, we conclude that people are not so easily tricked and are analytical when it comes to being in the online environment.
